About Me

Hello and welcome. I’m Dr. Adaeze Ozoh. Thanks for visiting.
I have been a medical doctor since 1995. I have worked in general practice, obstetrics and gynaecology and lifestyle medicine in various healthcare settings in Nigeria. I took a break from practice to spend more time with my family.

In recent years I’ve become more and more interested in how our lifestyle choices affect our health.
It has been an eye-opening journey for me.

Dealing with my own health issues and helping others overcome theirs by making lifestyle changes has been very rewarding.

I am a wife, a mother and a Christian.

I love learning new things. I bake bread and chocolate cake occasionally.

I make most my own skincare – soap, moisturiser, toner.
I used to sew my own clothes, knit and crochet but I don’t have much time for that now.

I used to love reading horror novels until I realised I was scaring myself half to death with my overactive imagination (looking at you Stephen King).

These days I mostly listen to audio books, which my kids dismissively refer to as “mum’s self-help books”!

My tv-watching is limited and very targeted. I have probably watched every animated film that is worth watching with my kids. Not to mention TV series – Star Wars, Ben 10, Power Puff Girls (I love Mojo JoJo), Kickbuttowski, Generator Rex, Samurai Jack….. to name a few.

I believe that if we do unto others as we would have them do unto us, the world would be a nicer place to live in.

I hope your visit here will help you on your journey to a fuller and healthier life.
